PRIMER ZERO — START HERE

Your Onboarding Guide to the Infinite Game

This is the welcome page for EVERY new reader.

Why These Primers Exist

You weren’t given a map for relationships, emotions, trauma, or adulthood.
Most of us weren’t.

Instead we inherited:

  • shame instead of language

  • coping instead of connection

  • survival instead of stability

  • self-blame instead of self-understanding

The Primers fix that.

They give you:

  • a clear vocabulary

  • a nervous-system map

  • a relational compass

  • a self-authoring framework

  • mythic meaning to pull you forward

This is your operating system reboot.

What You’ll Learn

By moving through the Primers you will understand:

  • Why your body reacts the way it does

  • Why relationships feel impossible

  • Why conflict feels like danger

  • Why identity fragments after trauma

  • How to reconnect with emotional safety

  • How to rebuild after collapse

  • How to author your next identity

You’ll also get tools, scripts, maps, and integration practices.

The Suggested Reading Order

  1. Primer 1 — Silent Pandemic
    (Your biological + emotional terrain)

  2. Primer 2 — Secure Attachment Rebuild
(The relationship map nobody got taught)

  3. Primer 5 — Inner-Child Debugging
    (The wound beneath the pattern)

  4. Primer 7 — Creative Resurrection
    (Your narrative rebirth)

Everything else can be read in any order.

How to Read These While Dysregulated

When you’re overwhelmed:

  • Read only the bold headers

  • Read only the Summary

  • Use the “3 Breaths, 3 Sentences, 3 Minutes” method

  • Set a timer

  • Skip anything that hurts today

  • Highlight only what feels true

This is a shame-free zone.
You do not get graded here.

The Infinite Game Rule

You can’t fail this.
You can only continue.

Every page is a step.
Every insight counts.
Every loop forward is victory.

Welcome to your next life.

“To comfort the looped, confuse the proud, and make space for those who still hear God’s voice echoing through broken rituals.”
Matt is a CPTSD survivor, satirical theologian, and father of six who once tried to build a family without a permit and now walks out of the wreckage with sacred blueprints and a smoldering sense of humor. He writes from Wolf Den Zero, also known as Sanctuary 6, in the heart of Waseca, Minnesota.
